Write Mind Documentation Services provides technical writing, editing, and online help or web site development services on a consultant, contract, or sub-contract basis. I can help businesses document their policies, procedures, products, services, and web sites so that employees and customers will find their products/services easier to use and understand – which will result in time and money saved, and generate repeat customers.

What I bring to the table:

  • Ability to focus on details while maintaining a global view of a project. Understand potential cause/effect relationships that may affect a project and ensure that potential problems are not overlooked.

  • Ability to take technical information from many sources (such as design specs, functional specs, and interviews of Subject Matter Experts) and create easy to use, thorough, audience-appropriate documentation.

  • Experience with a broad range of tools such as: UNIX operating system and macros, MS Word, FrameMaker, RoboHelp, HotMetalPro, DreamWeaver & FrontPage html editors, screen capture software, PaintShopPro, Visio, Documentum & Eroom (for file revision control and file sharing), NetMeeting (to edit documents online in real-time)
